Good Morning,


I've been dealing with Sportuna Casino on withdrawals and I've waited the amount of time they initially told me for the funds to be processed. After following up with the chat service within the website they continue to give me the same "copy and paste answers" telling me I've got to continue being patient and then they end the chat. I sent them an email days ago asking for an update and heard nothing back until I brought it up within the chat this morning again. Conveniently, after bringing it up they sent me a response 5 minutes later.... I'm concerned because even on this website there are quite a few reviews saying they have the same problem with delayed withdrawals and tend to drag this process out for weeks at end. I'm concerned because I have multiple withdrawals now and I feel like it's going to be a very long wait and process to collect these funds, or if I collect them at all. I've also seen that it's a common complaint on other websites as well, so needless to say it's rather concerning.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
