The player from the United Kingdom had requested a withdrawal prior to submitting his complaint. Unfortunately, his winnings hadn't been received at that time. The Complaints Team had advised the player that it was common for withdrawals to take a few days or weeks to process, possibly due to unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. The player had been asked to be patient and to wait at least 14 days after requesting the withdrawal before escalating the issue. After an extension of time, the player confirmed that he had received his withdrawal. The issue had then been resolved successfully.

On the 25th April I withdrew £280 to my neteller account. I emailed them multiple times and they were extremely unhelpful and disrespectful. They keep sending me standardized emails. I repeatedly asked them to investigate what's happened, as 5 days has passed today is 7.


They are very rude and have refused to investigate and gives me an answer.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
