The player made two deposits of €80 and €120, played various games and won €1400. Eventually, his winnings were reduced to €120. Unfortunately, we’re rejecting this complaint because the player broke the casino's Bonus T&Cs.
I made two deposits at Spintropolis Casino, once € 80 and once € 120. With the € 120, I first played slots and built up a nice bank. After that I went blackjack game with jumping bets often 50 times 100, 150. So I exceeded the 1000 limit. Then I went back to slots and with a stake of € 1-3 I reached € 1,400. The entire profit was canceled and only promised that only 120 € will be paid out. Hands off !!!!!
Dear David,
Thank you for contacting Casino Guru and letting us help you. Let me ask you a few questions. Have you contacted the casino and asked why your winnings were cancelled? Could you please forward the conversation with the casino to us? It would be very helpful.
Best regards,
Peter
Hi Peter ,
They said that I played irregular games and that I bet over 30%. Unfortunately only called by phone without proof. then why don't you limit these bets so that you cannot bet more than 30%, that is pure rip off. At the beginning only played slots, at least you can pay me that. But everything gone ...
Hi David,
Thank you for the reply. It is very common for casinos to limit the winnings from bonuses and implement other restrictions like the maximum bet rule. The casino can form their own T&Cs and set their own rules for the game play, especially when it comes to bonuses. You are right that it would be much easier for everyone if the casino just wouldn’t allow players bet more than maximum bet. We also write about that in our fair gambling codex: https://casino.guru/fair-gambling-codex-for-casinos#max-bets. Unfortunately, not all casinos support this feature and players have to read and follow the Bonus T&Cs instead. If you broke the maximum bet rule, there is not much we can do. I wish I could help you more.
