I have been waiting since January 30th for my withdrawal to be processed. It’s $300. I have emailed and chatted with support all saying the same thing. That it delayed due to high volume of withdrawals. Please be patient. It was my first time using the casino and I am not required to upload any documents to verify my identity at this time they said. This had by far been the worst experience I have had waiting for a withdrawal from any online casino. I will never play here again If or when they decide to pay me.

First time withdrawing, I did receive one $60 payment today. There is still $240 remaining to be paid. 3 separate withdrawals another of $100, and $140. Both are still pending review.

I still am owed $240 and I am not getting any responses from support through email. I do not recommend using this casino to anyone. It’s now been since February 2nd.
