The player from Australia has been experiencing some issues with a game. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
After failing to be able to play the game on my mobile i interacted with the games assistance and was told basically too bad cant refund your bad decision, so in summary they took $50 aud and think that is all good , this game needs to be reported and watched.
