I played with 100% bonus and completed my wager. Now i have 2000euro in balance for withdrawel. Since i feld like i was losing control over myself and kept gambling and felt to much addicted. I told casino i was losing control and just wanted my withdrawel and close my account. But now they have closed my account 2 days ago and i dont get an email about my withdrawels. Live support keeps telling me we will notify you when update but nothing happends. I just want my 2000 euro and then i dont need my account anymore. 500 euro was already pending in withdrawel and 1500 in balance. (500euro withdrawel limit daily...) but till this day nothing received and cant acces my account since i asked to close it. I just want my withdrawels and be done with this. Since support doesnt help me hopefully you guys can.

Thanks.for youre quick reply. I have send all the documents for my KYC days ago. Like 4-5 days ago or even more. No update on that at all. . I contact live support everyday but they just tell me no news so wait. Everyday multible times same thing. I cant check anything in my account since it blocked now because i said i was losing control and felt addicted to much to my liking.i have 500 euro pending withdrawel and 1500 euro ready in my balance to withdraw. I recently started playing here so no i never been payed out by this casino. Its really frustrating that this is taking this long and i just dont get any info at all....

Still the same issue. No response from casino except from live chat that they dont have any update for me. I have 1 withdrawel pending of 500 euro and 1500 euro in my balance my account is closed because i asked them to close it so i would keep gambling addiction under control. But now i cant make withdrawels for the 1500 euro in my balance because my account is closed for me. Not that it matters becausr this casino isnt paying anyone it seems like...
