Hi

i never opened an account with this casino before. But when I found this casino in casinoguru I was trying to login it went through. I have checked my personal details s everything correct except my date of birth. I have taken some screenshots from the casino. Because I have been banned from playing on this casino group. This casino used my personal details even my password also Sam I used to open casinos.

I think this casino hacked my details from their groups and open a account under my name but they made a mistake entered my date of birth. I need a compensation of 2000$ because they opened the account for fraud. If I open a account with this casino I would have received welcome mail even I didn’t received anything.

please take a look at this documents as well.

Hello Anto1318,

Thank you very much for submitting a complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with SpinBounty Casino.

Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

Can you check in your account when was it created? Did you contact the casino with this issue and if yes, what did they respond? Are you sure that you did not ever create an account here in the past?

Looking forward to your answer and I hope we will be able to help you out.

Regards,

Nick

Hi

i never created an account with this casino. I already sent my evidence to your support mail complaint@ casinoguru. I have talked to the operator they are just simply saying they are not sharing players information between their affiliates.

I asked them the IP address who was created my account it shows account been opened from Germany. I never used vpn as well. I swear I didn’t open a account here. Even my passwords also same, I think they hacked my details.

Hello Anto1318,

Could you please try to filter your e-mails by the casino's name to find out if you really did not register there? I wouldn't believe that the casino used your details, it would cause them very big problems. Please try to check every possible in-box mails, maybe you registered there in the past.

There is basically no other way to find out what really happen.

Regards,

Nick

Dear Anto1318,

Could you also please advise based on what are you requesting the 2000$? Why exactly that amount? Did you deposit into the casino or was there any charge made with your card by the casino? As mentioned above, it is very unlikely that the casino used your details. However it is literally no way to find out whether you did or did not create the account. If there can't be any specific proof provided, I would recommend to contact directly the casino's licensing authority.

Regards,

Nick

Dear Anto1318,

As we haven't hear from you in a while and an alternate solution was offered, the complaint will be now closed as rejected as there were no relevant and enough proof provided to punish the casino. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you will come across any other trouble again in the future, we will gladly try to help you.

Regards,

Nick
