Hello, I have a problem with the withdrawal of my funds that I won on sports betting. I deposited PLN 600, trying to withdraw 4300 which I won without using any bonuses. I was just playing with my money. I went through the complete verification process, ordered withdrawals to the jeton wallet, i.e. the same method I deposited the funds with. After 36 hours of waiting, my withdrawal was rejected due to alleged technical issues. I wrote on Live Chat what the problem is. They said that the problem is on their intermediary's side and that I should order another payment and now it should be fine. I did, but it didn't help. After another 36 hours I got an email that my withdrawal was canceled due to technical reasons again. I entered LC once again, they said to try to order withdrawals to a crypto or bank account and now it will be fine ... I set up an account on binance and ordered withdrawals to crypto, after another 36 hours of waiting my withdrawal was accepted, but I didn't receive it still to binance account. I went to LC to find out why I still haven't received funds on my binance account. They stated that my funds should appear in the account within 14 (?!) days. This is some kind of joke. I've never had similar problems with payouts with other companies. I would never recommend this site to anyone.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
