Spinbookie Casino - Player’s withdrawal is delayed and facing issues.

Hello,

I've been waiting for 7 days for the withdrawal of my funds, and after repeatedly insisting here without being paid, they told me that the withdrawal was approved. However, today they informed me that it was rejected due to issues with AstroPay and that I should request my withdrawal only via cryptocurrencies.

I made the request via cryptocurrencies and still haven't received my money.

I'm afraid my case might end up like many others I've read about here, where the customer's account gets closed.

Please note that we recommend to wait at least 14 days for your withdrawal to be processed specially if it’s your first ever request.

• I activated a weekly reload bonus but I didn't get to use its funds as I won with my real money and finished the rollover

• Yesterday by email and they told me that I had to wait another 3 days to review my withdrawal request

This is my second withdrawal so I have already been paid before.

I got paid a few hours ago. Thanks for the space to file a complaint. I made another withdrawal today because I had money left in the account.

I will report if it progresses or is delayed.
