The player from Ireland had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks but hadn't received his payout. The Complaints Team had advised him that withdrawals usually took a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed and asked for his patience. The team also extended the timer by 7 days for the player to respond. However, due to the lack of response from the player, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

Have been fully verified with all my documents,when i went onto the chat after getting an email about it being declined twice i was told that as my iban was not the same that they have verified they cannot send me the money until it was verified. I have already sent my bank account statement to them showing where my original deposit was,the account they are trying to send it to is my debit card so doesnt have an IBAN and the card is linked to my account. They dont seem to have a clue and feels like just holding onto my money

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
