The player from Australia has tried to withdraw the winnings unsuccessfully. Subsequently, the player played all the funds and closed the account. Unfortunately, after gathering all the necessary information, we’re rejecting this case. No further investigation is needed.
The player from Australia has tried to withdraw the winnings unsuccessfully. Subsequently, the player played all the funds and closed the account. Unfortunately, after gathering all the necessary information, we’re rejecting this case. No further investigation is needed.
Signed up to Spinamba casino deposited $2400 raw cash and won $15000. Cot account verification and mastercard confirmed. Tried to withdraw $3000 as that is there withdraw limit . After some 48 hours the funds did not leave my balance and withdraw was rejected . They claimed it was my provider who rejected payment . Tried 2 More times with same card with same outcome . They said try another withdraw method but only options on there site were MasterCard/ visa . So got my Visa card approved and tried another 2 times to withdraw but they blamed my provider once again. Contacted my bank and visa.com who advised no payment attempts had been made . Was told by spinambas help line that withdraws may fail several times but may eventually go through. After 2 weeks of this with no help from spinamba and 5 withdraw attempts I decided to play all the money down and close my account as I realized I would never see my winnings . Just want other players to be aware that spinamba casino is a scam and do not pay out there players winnings.
