The player from New Zealand is complaining about the lengthy verification process. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I withdrew $600 on a Wednesday night it's now a Thursday 2 weeks later I sent in my bank statement on a Monday I've messaged support multiple time and they keep saying they need more time and cant give me a timeframe
