I hope this message finds you well.


I am writing to express my frustration and concern regarding the lack of response to my repeated requests for assistance with my withdrawal. I have sent multiple emails since June 6th, the most recent being 2-3 days ago, regarding the same issue.


Initially, I was informed that an itemized bill was required to process my withdrawal. I have since uploaded the requested itemized billing, yet I have not received any confirmation or update on when I will be able to withdraw my funds.


The absence of live chat support has made this process exceedingly difficult and frustrating. I urgently need a response and resolution to this issue. Please confirm receipt of my uploaded document and provide a timeline for when my withdrawal will be processed.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. It’s quite usual for withdrawal, to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

  • Could you please advise when exactly you requested this withdrawal?
  • Have you made any successful withdrawals before?

Hi , I have not made any previous withdrawals and I have requested a withdrawal many times and it did not go through , they said that the accounts department flagged my account and requested for an itemized bill in order to withdraw and then they froze my account where I could not deposit , withdraw or play the casino games . So I uploaded my itemized billing which they asked for on the 6th of June and sent numerous emails to which they have not responded to one. Today I received an email saying my account is closed without any reason at all and still no response to my previous emails.



I still have the ticket numbers that were created when I requested support and none gave me a response.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Spin247 Casino. I wish I could be of more help.

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
