The casino then made a total of € 68.01 from this and noted this payout as `` Complete '' in my account. This has been the case for a week now, although this casino operates from Cyprus with an MGA and Curacao license and the money is still not in my bank account. Due to an issue with the payment provider selected there was a slight discrepancy in withdrawal. The payment provider is looking into this and will have this issue fixed hopefully by the end of the month.
In the meantime, we would suggest for you to reverse your withdrawal and re-request via Bitcoin as this should avoid the issue above. We set the transaction back to pending so this is possible.
