I won more then $4000 I have emails bank accounts what ever you need no bonus straight cash money from my bank account. I tried and tried to withdraw my money spin samurai pulled out every trick in the book to the point where i could not withdraw any thing i tried for days at the end frustrated angry and upset at a dead end. Best way I can put it is I was fucking angry for weeks and I'm still fucking angry now. I couldn't talk to someone because it's online. But I have every step screen shot I mean everything I didn't know about casino.guru

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when? What "tricks" did the casino use to not pay you out? Since when do you have an withdrawal request?

Please note that the most common reason for delayed withdrawals is verification. Only once you finish it you can consider that your payment will be processed.

Thank you Nick my account was verified on the 13/10/21.I remember them asking me for my neosurf voucher that I used the first time which I didn't have but the $4000 was won from money deposited from my bank account

I Sent them my passport bank card government letter with my address on it and a copy of my bankstatements. I tried so many ways but each time it was a dead end. And finally at the end that's how spin samurai verbal me. Asking me to produce the neosurf voucher. I won more then $4000 but that is the max you can withdraw No bonus. And I was still depositing money from my bank account.

Hello Nick I have read spin samurai terms and conditions. I can not find any thing about the neosurf voucher. No where did I see spin samurai state any information about neosurf voucher on how it has to be presented at the time of a withdrawal.

Dear Alick,

Do you have any proof of purchasing that voucher? If there is any document about it, it should be enough to prove the casino that it was yours and you bought it.

I don't understand why that should be a problem or a issue it was days before I won the $4000 I purchase the voucher with cash money. Spin samurai has to prove that it's not mine how can they do that.... They can't but what they can do is check all the information that I sent was correct every thing matches and I am who I say I am because when you deposit cash money from your bank account spin samurai and my bank St George verify with a confirmation code just that a lone should be good enough identification is a 100%.

Dear Alick,

I wouldn't give up on your case so fast. The statement showing that you have bought the voucher would prove that you owned it. I know that the casino can't prove that it's not yours but as the part of verification, you have to prove that it's yours. It is not a small amount of money and if this document would help you get closer to your winnings, send them that statement and tell them that you can't show them the voucher as it is used already but can show that you have paid for it.
