Spin Oasis Casino - The player's withdrawal is delayed.

I made a WITHDRAWL request on Jan 23rd. This is my second WITHDRAWL so all documents have been verified before.

terms and conditions clearly state 5 days processing time then 7-10 to receive funds. I’ve been waiting 10 weeks, have contacted supported dozens of times and sent many emails, the times I do get responses it’s just the same "we apologise for the delay & appreciate your patience & will raise it with our accounts team & " hopefully" they will get it sorted soon" & yet still nothing. I now realise they are not a licence casino, but I’m hoping they may respond & resolve the matter this way.

I have sent many emails and had online chat conversations every 2 days, being told the same " please be patient we’ll raise it with our accounts team & "hopefully" will have it sorted soon. But nothing. 😩

I sent you the link, it was originally spin oasis casino then & since has changed so many names including bali fortune and reels on fire 🤦‍♀️ Without any consent or pre warning. Going by others complaints I believe it’s because they don’t pay out the money but just close old casino and open with new name.
