The player's withdrawal is delayed for over 3 months. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
I requested a withdrawal originally the first week of July, I received a email stating I needed to use a different crypto address. I did and then after checking for 2 months on my payment I received a email stating I needed to adjust the amount. I did that and had to totally start over with my withdrawal. I re-submitted it on 9-7-22. I still haven’t received my payment and I no one is answering my emails anymore. They have already approved my verification documents back in July.
