I requested a withdrawal on 9 June 2023 for $2,000 and another on 23 June for $1,500. file Despite being patient there is still no indication of when these payments will be made. I have emailed them several times. They have not responded to my last 2 emails in which I requested a date of payment. I have always been polite. I have asked chat if there are any contacts I can get in touch with that can provide me with a date of payment but they say they can’t do that. I really did not want to complain but it has got to the point where I felt I had no choice because nobody can give me any indication of when this will be paid. The only thing I have been told is it will be paid in a few days (6 weeks ago) and it will be paid soon (ever since). I have successfully made a withdrawal from this casino previously so it is not a verification issue. I did play on the casino in between withdrawal requests, however, I checked with chat prior to this to ensure my withdrawals would not be affected. Please help.

Hi Nick. Thank you for your quick response. My account was verified back in May 2022 and they made a quick deposit to me straight after. I actually sent them a comment saying I was very happy with the way they paid my withdrawal so quickly. It had only taken 3 days For verification and withdrawal.


My last two emails to spin oasis have both just asked for a date of payment. I received a response From them for my email sent 12th of July (see attached) but I have not received a response To my email dated 4 August. About four days ago I requested a date of payment again on chat but was told they could not give me a date but they will escalate it again. It has now been escalated three times.


I am certain I used a bonus. I was Not too worried about My withdrawal taking longer than previously because I remember thinking that their bonus offer was so good that they would have got a lot more gamblers on board and a lot more payouts to do. I cannot remember what the bonus was now but I remember thinking that’s the best bonus I’ve seen on an online casino. I really liked the casino as they seemed to look after me and offered some really good bonuses. They were my favourite.


I must admit though I am worried I may not receive these withdrawals now though as they have not answered my email and won’t answer me in chat when I ask for a contact to somebody who can at least provide me with a date. An email from support staff with minimal information and an inability to provide a date is quiet sad.

We would like to ask the Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

That’s very poor. I sent them an email and went on chat to ask them to get involved in the discussion on casino guru before time ran out.


so are all the new gamblers spending money unknowing that any winnings won’t be paid? I hope not!
