The player from Italy had his withdrawal suspended due to a third party deposit. After a closer examination, we ended up rejecting this complaint as unjustified.
I opened the account in my name and not having my own prepaid card, I loaded up with my brother's card. To get them they were able to do so without violating any terms and conditions. To withdraw I have violated the terms and conditions. So if you lose or win you always lose?
Dear Vincenzo,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked terms and conditions, and this is what I found https://www.spinmillion13.com/en/terms-and-conditions:
„Players registering for a new account warrant that they are at least 18 years of age, share genuine personal information, are the rightful owners of the real money funds circulating through their respective Player Accounts, participate in games, offers, promotions and bonuses on their own behalf and not as intermediaries, do not own more than a singular account on the website (otherwise referred to as a "Duplicate Account")."
Please understand that this rule has been breached. Some exceptions might be allowed by casinos when depositing funds from a joint card. Would you be able to prove that you are a legitimate owner of the payment method? If not, I’m afraid there’s not much we can do for you.
Thank you very much in advance for your reply and understanding.
Best regards,
Petronela
I can prove that the card in which I made the deposit and won this amount is a shared card as payments for both activities in common with my brother are credited.
I told him to do whatever it takes. Even 100 checks! I am sure and serene I have deposited with my brother's card.
Could you please advise if your name is displayed on the bank statement or the card itself? Please understand that incoming payments don't prove the payment method belongs to you and you're its rightful owner.
No unfortunately this is not written!
I can get you a permit from my brother 🤷🏻♂️ We live in the same house.
I'm afraid that wouldn't make any difference. I'm afraid we can't help you with this case. Please check our Fair Gambling Codex for Players https://casino.guru/fair-gambling-codex-for-players:
"Payments
For deposits and withdrawals, you should only use bank accounts and credit cards held in your own name. If you don't do this, you might get into trouble when trying to make a withdrawal. This rule is mostly in place to prevent credit card misuse and also because of international anti-money-laundering regulations."
I truly wish I could be of more help. Unfortunately, since you have deposited funds into your account using a third party payment method there is not much we can do for you and I am forced to reject your complaint as unjustified. Thank you very much for your understanding.
Technically it is very difficult to check who’s the owner of the payment method at the depositing stage. This can be checked only during the account verification, which is usually done when a withdrawal is requested. Therefore, it is a player’s responsibility to use allowed payment methods only. As I mentioned earlier, some exceptions might be allowed by casinos when depositing funds from a joint card but even this option should be communicated beforehand.
