 deposited 50 euro win 185 they refused to withdraw  before I bet 2500, I said they can keep theirs 20 euro bonus I didn’t need it from the beginning, but still they gave me that and afterward and refused to take it back And refused to withdraw money.

 

nobody should play this casino, they got crap games and very bad policy’s they will take as much money as possible and won’t give you return.

stay safe, stay away from this casino, it’s bad!!!

Could you please specify what bonus you played with? Are you aware of breaking any bonus conditions, e.g. maximum bet, wagering requirement? Do you have a screenshot of the chat with the support where you refused the bonus? This could help as evidence.

Sorry I don't have a screen shot do, in total I deposited 95 euro. I wolde like to recive it back as I asked but they refused, so its not trustworthy site... will not suggest this casino to no one !

Hi Calvin,

Thanks for the reply. If I understand it correctly, you deposited €50 and got €20 bonus. You played with it and won €185. I assume when you wanted to make withdrawal, the support told you there was wagering requirement you had to finish, right? It is standard for the casinos to set limits and conditions for their bonuses. If you want to cancel the bonus, you have to do it before you start playing. If you are not interested in the bonuses in the future, I can recommend you to opt-out of all bonuses. You should be able to do this in most casinos.
