The player from Canada has been accused of breaking the T&Cs by playing restricted games while completing bonus wagering. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I won money had $500 in pending withdrawl. I played a new game but apparently was told that I breached terms and conditions. I didn't and was playing with money the whole time. This is what they said:

"2. In order to avoid bonus abuse, all players should refrain from betting on 0% contribution games while having active play-through requirements. If players fail to comply with these terms, we reserve the right to void any winnings generated while engaging in prior mentioned gaming behavior."


Our Audit team found that you played "Tiger Stone" while the bonus was active which clearly breached our Terms & Conditions.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked general bonus terms and conditions, and this is what I found https://www.spinmillion.com/en/terms-and-conditions:

If you are aware of placing bets on restricted games while wagering your bonus, sadly, there is not much I can do to support your case at this time. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed. We would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing bets on restricted games, but, unfortunately, this is not a standard practice yet.
