The player from Norway has been blocked without further explanation. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.

I deposited 720 kroner with a 100% bonus. I wagered it for the 45x times that was needed and i had 450 kroner left.


I request the payout first and finished the KYC process and get that apporved. I then request again and suddenly i'm banned from the website and i can't even login to my account.


I have sendt a mail to their supportteam but have not recived the money yet.


Don't know what to do to get my money now... Feels like the most scammy site ever. The live support button suddenly stopped working also on my account after a while before i got banned. Probably to discourage me to try to withdrawl my money and hope that i just play them away....
