I'm having a lot of problems with this casino, I made my registration, I won 50 free spins, I completed my rollover, I sent my documents and I put it to withdraw my winnings! In the morning I tried to access the platform and there was a message that my account had been deactivated! I have not violated any of the terms and conditions. They just deactivated it, they didn't pay me… I put my withdrawal per pix and so far it hasn't dropped… I can't talk to support…. They don't send me an email with instructions on how to activate my name account (because there's a message on the platform itself that would send me an email with instructions to activate my account again…) but so far nothing! This casino seems to me to be a scam! Because the player plays, complies with the terms… and can't even withdraw the funds and they are still deactivated!! Whose himself disabled the player! I hope to have an answer soon and that they solve my problem
Estou tendo muitos problemas com esse casino, fiz meu cadastro ganhei 50 rondas grátis, completei meu rollover, mandei meus documentos e coloquei pra sacar meus ganhos! Pela manhã fui tentar acessar a plataforma e estava uma menagem de que minha conta teria sido desativada! Sendo que eu não descumpri nada dos termos e condições. Apenas desativaram não me pagaram… coloquei meu saque por pix e até agora não caiu… não consigo falar com o suporte…. Eles não me mandam e-mail com orientações como ativar minha conta de nome (porque tem uma menagem na própria plataforma que iriam me mandar um e-mail com instruções pra ativar minha conta novamente…) mais até agora nada! Esse casino me parece ser uma fraude! Porque o jogador joga, cumpre os termos… e não consegue nem sacar os fundos e ainda são desativado!! Cujo o próprio desativou o jogador! Espero ter uma resposta em breve e que resolvam meu problema
