I have been registered for over 5 years and made many withdrawal through bank transfer method, but this time I chose withdrawal to card as it was a new option I hadn't seen before, then I received an email informing me that I can't withdrawal to card, so why was that option even there! and to change my preferred withdrawal method, I tried to do that but can't as the page won't let me, live chat is a joke as I can't even tell them what the problem is. My winnings are sitting in processing and every time I try to email the casino about this issue they reply requesting ID or bank statements and nothing is getting resolved, I am verified and have been for years.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
