I had gone into the game, immortal romance roulette, I placed an $8.00 bet. I hit spin and the next thing I know the screen starts loading and it logged me out which it’s done in the past after depositing, which then I login and the money is in but this was different. It only logged me out to the login screen so then I logged back in went back into the game and it didn’t remember that I had that eight dollar bet so I lost that eight dollars. I never got to do my bed and it was all I had left in my balance, I’ve had nothing but problems with casino, I always delete my cookies turn off my device I know all the steps I was doing investigations up till a while ago. I haven’t heard from Joe in a bit, but this is ridiculous. No gaming history and no support. No chat no email address so I assume it would be support@spincasino.ca. I hope it is but this needs to be disputed and then rating needs to be lowered. This is outrageous. Get your software get your development team working on the backend so these login problems don’t happen, especially after hitting spin and the game not remembering that I even did a bet after I cleared my cookies to get the game to load again.

As I thought, I mentioned, spin Casino doesn’t provide the gaming history I could not find it anywhere, which aggravates me that much more and makes me think they’re more of a scam casino. There’s no reason at all for their website to log me out after placing a bet, and clicking on a spin button From now on if I ever do another bet on their website, I will be recording it all so I have all the evidence possible since they don’t want players to see their own gaming history because they know that they do unfair terms.

I found where the game history is but as you’ll see in the photos, the settings they talk about are turned off I have blocked cookies turned off I have the prevent tracking, turned off, so I’ve tried Opera. I’ve tried Chrome. I’ve tried Safari. None of them are allowing me to openinfile file the history because of that message
