I have kept being bounced around support and a very lengthy review process for my withdrawal. I've already asked multiple times about the status of my withdrawal and they keep giving me the same old song and dance saying I just need to keep waiting but they've never stated what the problem was that needs this thorough of a review.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I believe they finally paid out the amount but also closed my account in the process (I wouldn't play here again if this is how long it took to get a measly $100). Just happy that this should all be over and I should probably see the money tomorrow morning EDT.

I received payment this morning. I still would not advise players to play here if I had a long drawn out process just to get my $100 out. Literally any other regulated Ontario property would pay out within hours or at most 1-2 days. It's honestly pathetic how they got their license considering they also closed the account after processing the withdrawal 🤣
