Very bad casino. As long as you deposit and lose money everything is fine. When you start to withdraw they block you or reject the KYC procedure and di everything they can to help you lose the winnings as well.

Their phonenumer is not working their mail address also. And live chat has nit been available for weeks

Dont understand why regulator does not do a thing as there are many complaints

SpiderVegas seized my funds including the deposit with no further explanations. They just claim "fraudulent activity" without providing any proof whatsoever. I contacted the licensor Antillephone but they are not able or not willing to help. I also filed a complaint at Casino Guru which has been closed as "unresolved" since the casino has not replied.

It's also noteworthy that they publish fake reviews on other online casino rating sites. Whenever someone steps in and posts his negative experience, the casino creates 4 or 5 positive reviews to cover the real and honest (negative) reviews.

Such a shady site! Stay far away!

Offer a wide selection of games, but as long as you lose its not a problem.

For Dutch players you have to stay far away form this casino because if you create an account (which they say is unauthorized but not impossible) you will be able to deposit play and all but if you request a withdrawal it won't work and speaking with support they say you broke the T&C while at that time being it was possible to create an account and play.

They also advertise with iDeal as payment method on their site which is ONLY available to Dutch citizens/residents, yet they say we don't accept them. That raises a lot of questions because for which players do you offer it? This casino does not reply on mails (at least not mine after 2 weeks still got nothing) and in the chat they don't know everything and advice you to send an mail..

Not worth to spend your money here IMO there are better casinos out there which treat you fair.

This casino is a big joke I made a $50 deposit and took the first welcome bouns I got the welcome cash but the haven't given me my welcome bouns free spins because I'm not able to get the slot game the free spins are on I haven't received my free spins and I've ask them to load them onto a different slot game and they tell me they can't as it's there rules and I have to wait till some free spins comes up they will email me.
