Withdrew 18th of April, getting there exact same replies as every other case, I’m verified and have withdrawn before. The support email never replies but bombard with promotions, at what point does this become illegal. Contact telephone number once in use now unavailable, how can this operate fairy when no one can withdraw, non bonus money attempted to be withdrawn.

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Cannot see exact date when verified but probbaly 6-9months ago, I have withdrew before which only took a few days. this was all real money, I contacted live chat yesterday as the email support does not reply, they have said something similar to what I have seen in previous discussions, they have re sent the issue to the finance department and will let me know, however this is the same response I keep hearing, not sure what the next stage is, the live chat is the only place to contact and they pass it off to "financial department" who you cannot contact.

They have not replied to any of the requests made by guru’s to any of the complaints so I don’t except much this time, Iv just read another has waited since February, I don’t get how they are allowed to do this and get away with it, is a complaint to there licencer curacao worth doing

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I’m afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system.


I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints might help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint, and you will be notified by email.


In the meantime, I would recommend you contact the Curacao Gaming Authority and submit a complaint to them. Still, it is not possible to learn which of Curacao's regulators is responsible for this casino. If you would like to try to write to them all and open a complaint, I can provide you with e-mails for these regulators.
