The player from the UK is experiencing delays withdrawing her winnings. We closed the complaint because the player didn't reply to our messages and quesitons.
I have been eating over 2 months for my withdrawal and they keep fobbing me off saying it takes up to 21 days and when I tell them it's way over that time they tell me to be patient and disconnect the chat. No answers at all. Even emailed their site
