Requested a withdrawal of my winnings on 7th December, have emailed customer services and spoke to 3 advisors (including today) and have been told due to high volumes there is a delay and to be patient, I think I've been patient long enough. How are these scammers allowed to operate and not get shut down? I get bombarded everyday to deposit, thankfully I've accepted my initial loss after reading reviews but still tried anyway, just trying to warn others if this cowboy casino is still in operation

However, I’d like to emphasize that we received many complaints about delayed withdrawals from this specific gambling establishment. Regardless of many submitted cases, the casino decided to have a No Reaction Policy approach to all our attempts to negotiate any kind of issues.

I can only imagine how frustrating it must be waiting for your money and not having any feedback about when you’ll receive it and I also genuinely hope that your winnings will be sent to you eventually.

This was my first withdrawal, I was hesitant about depositing anything else until I knew this company was legit, I foolishly joined without reading any reviews and I got nervous after making my first withdrawal.

So currently I'm just waiting on this one

We strongly recommend avoiding this casino. I truly wish I could do more to help.
