I requested a withdrawal on the 13th March and its still pending I've tryed talking to them but all I get from them is please be patient I'm not getting any reason why its taking so long and they just cut off chat

This is my 1st withdrawal with them

Yes my account was verified

And yes it was from a bonus my original winnings was more than £200 but they cancelled my 1st withdrawal saying I was only allowed to withdraw £200 and they kept the rest
