I opts for the welcome bonus 10k free 5k (50%) with 5 times turnover amount. When I complete the 75k turnover amount with 30199 earning (total amount is 40199, 10k my capital), the site use all kind of reason to refuse my payout. they gave me back 10k capital and forfeit all my earnings. small and not reputable site. avoid at all times

Was this your first ever withdrawal request in the casino? Did the casino specifically mention why did they void your bonus winnings? Do I understand it correctly that you have already received the refund of your deposit to your personal bank account?

Unfortunately, all our attempts to get in touch with the casino were unsuccessful. We will now try to contact the casino via other means.

 

We would like to ask Speedbet33 Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close this complaint as ‘unresolved’.

Unfortunately, as we have not received any response from the casino, I cannot continue resolving your complaint and I’m forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

I’m sorry I couldn't be of more help, but closing this complaint as unresolved will at least negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.

Anyhow, there’s still the option to submit an official complaint to the casino’s Licensing Authority.
