After our team had advised her to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting the withdrawal, the issue was resolved by the casino. The player confirmed that the case could now be closed.

I've been chasing my money for a week now. I have not received the last withdrawal of 100 euros. I have already given the casino my bank statements, I have contacted my bank and sent them screenshots, but the casino continues to insist that it has been deposited. There was also another amount of 180 euros that had not arrived, but they did resolve this, but not the last withdrawal of 100 euros. I have contacted them every day so far but nothing has been resolved yet. Was always very satisfied with this casino but am now very disappointed. I would like to see the 100 euros in my account soon.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
