Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. We fully agree that ideally, casinos should not let players from restricted countries open accounts at all. Having said that, not all casinos enforce this on a software level, and at this point, there is not much more we could do about it. We can only recommend changing that in the future and to approach cases like yours individually.
Could you please advise if you managed to play with your deposit? If not, have you already requested a deposit refund?
