i would like to know which steps i could take further against this casino since i raised a complaint to the ADR entity MADRE responsible for this casino. Now the three months are over and i didn't got any reply back neither from the MADRE nor from the casino administration. So i'm raising this case to get further instructions on how to proceed against such injustice.
