Hello,


My account balance was at Sons of Slots casino €2.000,50. I withdraw €1.000 and cancelled it. Normally the balance goes back instantly in the account now it didn't roll back. To try it again I withdraw €1.000 and cancelled it.


Now my balance is €0,50 instead of € 2.000,50?? I also send support a email with a screenshot with no responce on it. In the screenshot you can see 2 €1.000 withdrawels but in the deposit/withdrawel section are 0 pending withdrawels and when I want to withdrawel money I get the message not enough money???


How can I contact Sons of Slots about the issue? I also send several other emails last week but no one answers me??
