The player from Finland had criticized the casino for slow payment processing. Despite having their KYC approved, their withdrawals were still pending while the casino claimed the daily withdrawal limit was reached. The player also feared a sudden requirement of further documents and cancellation of pending withdrawals. The Complaints Team had advised the player to wait for two weeks to allow the casino to process the payment. After extending the time limit, due to lack of response from the player, the complaint was eventually rejected. However, the player retained the option to reopen this complaint at any time.

Amazingly slow casino to pay anything.

I did ~3000€ worth of deposits and won a bit.

Sent documents last week. Took 4 days to get them processed and approved. Did first withdrawal that is still pending after 3 days.


Withdrawal maximum is 1000€ per day.


Pending time +3 days and counting.


Now tried to make my third withdrawal but site claims that daily maximum withdrawal has exceeded. I have not done a withdrawal for over 30 hours.


Status atm: KYC approved and 2 x 1000€ withdrawals pending. Seems that I'm unable to make more withdrawals until those 2 are approved. If they ever will. Don't recommend this casino.


Also maximum win is 5000€/day. If you win more they take the money away. So I have read and heard. Luckily my winning is 5000€ and not more.


If I can guess they will "demand" more documents all of a sudden and cancel my pending withdrawals so they think I will gamble my winnings. Not gonna happen.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

Update: Started the withdrawal process by verification 10 days ago. Pending withdrawal since 16th so 5th day and counting. They state they process withdrawals in 3 days.

Actually I re-read their site and says Withdrawal requests get processed within 48hours. So..

However, I will set the timer for additional 6 days allowing to casino two full weeks to process the payment and if there’s no development by then, we will intervene. 1000€ done on 21st Nov (6 days ago)


Withdrawal process of 5000€ started around 2 weeks ago and still most pending.
