As soon as I entered the game, the bet level was already at maximum when loading, I immediately ran out of 25 euros and I only noticed when the balance ran out, I don't think it's normal because I had already played that game and I always play at the maximum at 1 euro

The casino says it has no responsibility in this case... I'll continue I don't give up more people for sure were also robbed so when we go to a physical casino no one is there forcing us to make a Maximum bet because in a virtual casino they don't enter the game it's a max bet for me this and theft i wanted to know where i can make a complaint
