The player from Ireland had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting the complaint. The payment hadn't been processed yet. We had advised the player to wait at least 14 days after requesting the withdrawal before submitting a complaint, as processing times could vary due to factors such as KYC verification and high volumes of withdrawal requests. After extending the response period by an additional 7 days, the player failed to respond to our messages. As a result, we could not investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

Pending withdrawal for over 5 days and still haven't received any funds yet. Livechat support just told me its because of heavy workload.
