The player from Italy has been accused of opening multiple accounts. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I had an account on Snai but when I decided to close the gold they blocked my game account with my tax code and I can no longer register. I asked them why and they told me why I then opened accounts but not at the same time. I wrote to them that I'm sorry and that I didn't know it couldn't be done and if they made me sign up again I would have left it open and not make a new one because I like it as a site. Their answer is always negative but if one does not know it is not right that he is excluded without second thoughts also for that I wrote to him that now that I knew I would have registered and left the new account open. Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please understand, that we can’t penalize the casino for closing your account. Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all.
Could you please advise if there are any funds being held by the casino? If the casino paid out all the winnings and no funds are being held, I’m afraid, there’s not much we can do for you.

It's okay if you can't penalize the casino we do for making a claim. Snai has blocked me unfairly if this is correct behavior for you. Since it has the aams license but this point who protects us customers if we are unfairly blocked
