I wanted to uppdatera my adress and mobile number so I could whitdraw with payment method swish. They asked me to send adress and proof of ownership of the mobile number.
I sent proof of adress, salleryslip + 1 bill. I showed them that my husband stand on the phone but I am the user and my name shows there.
However if this was an issues I can take out via trustly. No problem for me.
I sent 6 months of saller slips they haven't asked for and copy of passport.
I whitdraw 70000 split up on four transaktions, 3 swish and 1 trustly. They are frozen and I can't cancel them.
There chat and costumers service does not respond via e-mail and on the chat they only refer to "relevant department is looking in to it", but no one responds. I looked on trustpilot and a few other people have the same issue.
