After initiating 2 withdrawals for $1500 and $300 I waited for almost 3 days. No problem, my first withdrawal, i realize it may take longer. I logged on to my account today and found that my withdrawals have been cancelled. I contacted chat and they said that I must have cancelled it and to reinitiate the withdrawal and continue waiting. Well needless to say I never cancelled the transactions. They are obviously dishonest and Im worried that I will not receive my rightful winnings. My first experience with an Altacore NV casino and I can say its been nothing but a HUGE headache.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
