I made a deposit at Sloty casino (€ 100) and took advantage of the 100% bonus. After I had confirmed the payment in online banking, the page stumbled and nothing happened. When I refreshed the page, I noticed that my balance hadn't refreshed. I contacted customer service and was informed that the payment could not be found in their account. Payment reportedly returned to me within a few days. After waiting two days, I contacted customer service again. This message has not been answered to this day. After a week, I contacted in a chat and sent bank statements to prove that the money had not been returned to my account. It took another two days for my Game Account balance to update! Now I have waited four days for the deposit to be refunded (of course took 2 € for this "fee".). For future references, if your deposits have never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.
In regard to your requested refund, have you played any of your deposited funds, or they’re still untouched inside your account? Could you please advise if your account has been successfully verified already?

Hi! The casino found my performance after I had sent the bank statements. That is, once the first issue was resolved, the funds were transferred to my game account, after which it took three days to withdraw the funds. The funds have been returned to my bank account today.
