The player made a deposit using a bitcoin wallet. The money was deducted from his wallet but never reached his casino account. The issue was successfully resolved.
I deposited that amount (0.00253 BTC) to casino as first time on 1/15/2020. my first attempt was failed because of my balance wasn't enough and i tried a second deposit lowering to deposit amount which is successfully done. My money gone from my btc wallet and transaction done. Unfortunately, they rejected my second deposit attempt which was successful. I sent email and talked with online support. i sent them every info and proof but at the end of 8 hours, they told me that i never sent them. Which is absolutely and insanely a lie. I have a proof for this!!
i'm so frustrated. i played on so many different casinos but none of them stole my money on the first sigh like this. its approximately €20 but money is money. it should be for fun not getting stolen..
i can share any screenshots from this transaction if needed. Stay away from this website.. you will be regret at the end.

First of all thanks for answer. I can send entire conversation between me and support but i dont know how to send you directly. I also attached a screenshot which is show my bitcoin transaction. If you want me to add that screen shot again. It's fine by me. If you want i can also send my bitcoin company's email that shows about that bitcoin transaction.
I have also tried to track down where my money goes. This casino use a third party company which is called "Naspay" about any crypto money deposits. I tried to contact with this "Naspay" company and also opened a ticket from there. Since that day no answer from them. Also no one jump into "live support" section. So it smells so fishy for me.
Either Slottica knows this or Naspay just grabbed the money and never showed to Slottica. Even Naspay did this, I still blaming Slottica because of they're working with this company and my money is inside of someone's pocket.

Lately i reached to Naspay company and talked with this issue. After pushed them a bit, they contacted with Slottica casino and after i contacted Slottica support. They gave me a refund link for this. Now i can see the refund transaction and waiting for my bitcoin amount arrive into my wallet.
