Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience. I checked the General T&Cs, and this is what I found:
„All withdrawals must be done through the same payment method chosen by you when placing a deposit, unless we decide otherwise or are unable to do so. If you deposit using a number of payment methods, we reserve the right to split your withdrawal across such payment methods and process each part through the respective payment method at our discretion and in accordance with anti-money laundering policies and regulation."
We will contact the casino and ask for their cooperation to resolve this matter, but, before we do so, I would like to know if you were offered any alternative methods to withdraw your funds other than Skrill? I truly believe that we will be able to help you to resolve this unpleasant situation as soon as possible. Looking forward to hearing from you.

paid out at N26, but did not work, I do not understand the procedure. They should simply transfer the money to my bank account at ING-Bank in Austria, or to my Skrill account!
My patience is exhausted !!!
If I do not receive the money immediately, I will take all the means available to me, including a complaint.

I just spoke to my bank (N26), which issues my credit card master card.
Slottica tried to debit from my account (or card) at: 000 RAPIDA2CARD, so it didn't work.
This is qualified fraud!
