Slots Muse have rejected my withdrawal request for no reason.


I have already lost thousands of euros on this website and now when I get a big win of 2400 euros they are trying not to pay out!


I contacted support and they claim they tried to make the payment to my bank several times, but I contacted my bank and they said no payment attempt has been made!

According to review found online of their site and other sites they own such as raptorwins.com apparently they often refuse to pay out!


I believe that slotsmuse.com is trying to scam me out of my money.


My account is fully verified and I have no active bonuses.


I believe this is a scam website.

My account was fully verified about 2 weeks ago and I’ve made several successful withdrawals since then.

They have paid out for all my past withdrawals and I’ve funded all of my butting with my own money, not with bonus money.

I spoke to the casino about the rejected withdrawal yesterday. They blamed "technical issues" and said they’ll try and the fix the issue as soon as possible.

One person blamed my bank, but another I spoke to admitted the problem is at their end.

I feel like they’re just stalling, as they don’t want to pay out.
