Good day


I really don't want to complain about everything, but I need some advise or just a plain awnser.

I did a withdrawal of 28000 ZAR on 20 November 2020, from Slotshall casino.

I did register my account, and send all relevant documents. Got a email confirmation back that everything is fine, and they will pay in 3 working days.

Everytime I communicate with them via; Life Chat or email the awnser is always the same.

The Finance department busy to review......what does that actually mean ?

I just want to know if I will get my money or not, plain and simple?????

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. It’s quite usual for withdrawal, to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
