I won 4800 on a 150 bonus on Christmas. 2 weeks before this they double charged me and my bank investigated and found a few double charged. I'm in limbo because on that 4800 the max cash out was 1500. I go to cash out and I hit Bitcoin cash out and it says contact cs. Cs isn't able to do anything about it. I'm in the high rollers club I've spent thousands. I just hope they do the right thing

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? How many of those double charges have been made? Did they never show up on your casino account? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

hey nick account is verified for withdraws. it was super rigorous but it was verified for withdrawl. The bank fixed the double charges. these double charges occured at the same time exactly on all three occurances. the bank went threw my account and picked out the double charges. since then it wont let me deposit with debit card only cryoto. and im trying to withdrawl crypto

i spoke to the casino several times and it was about my withdrawl. the CS couldnt figure out why on their end it was letting them go threw with a withdraw via crypto but not my end. ive been verified for over 3 weeks now.
