The player from US is dissatisfied with the withdrawal process. The complaint was closed as 'unresolved' as the casino would only discuss the matter with their chosen ADR.
I did not receive the $300 I won. I did my part and played their game and watched there adds but they did not honor their end. I was told I was 9,000 in the queue and to many people applied for this reward and it's being reviewed which means I'll never see that $300 but they made their money. They need to let u know up front where u r in the queue so u can decide for urself whether or not to be scammed.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
When exactly have you requested this withdrawal? Have you made any successful withdrawals before?

We are extending the timer by 10 days. Please, be aware that in case you fail to provide the required information in the given time frame, we will reject your complaint.
This is the first with draw I made. I made the withdrawal 3 days before I filed the complaint. When I made the withdrawal I got a message saying I had to wait 3 days so I waited 3 days. On the third day when I checked my PayPal account naturally the money wasn't there and then I received another message saying to many people have applied for that reward and my request was being reviewed. Why don't they let u know before u waste ur time thinking ur winning money when they have no intention on paying u. Their only intention is to trick u into watching their adds and making them money but that's conveniently left out while they are using false advertising to draw u in but u find out quickly what's going on as soon as u try to get paid what u have won and turns out completely wasted my time on.
