Well about an hour later I was live chatting with an agent and he decided to tell me that they are keeping my winnings because I "abused the free chip". I constantly every single day get email offers and promotions offering free chips. So I play them and now they are saying I abused my offers. Then I asked for the managers number and the agent never gave me any information. And they kept my winnings.
